We understand that you have many choices when it comes to your medical care.  We thank you for choosing us.  

This page was created to help our new patients become familiarized with our office policies.  If you have additional questions after reviewing this page, we encourage you to contact us.  We'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have.  We look forward to seeing you in the office soon!

Appointments

We see patients by appointment.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice so that we may give your appointment to someone else in need.
Financial / Insurance
We accept most major health insurance plans. To confirm that we accept your insurance plan, we encourage you to contact our office to confirm.

At the time of your visit, please be prepared to pay any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered services. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and debit/credit cards.

Prescription Refills

For prescription refills, please call your pharmacy and have them fax requests to us at (717) 287-0431. Please allow 48 hours to process prescription refill requests. As a general policy, we do not request refills after hours or on weekends.

Patient Registration

For the convenience of our patients, we offer online registration through our secure patient portal. Using the online portal to register helps to expedite the registration process.

For your first appointment, please also bring a government issued photo ID and your insurance card, if you have insurance.  Please also remember to bring a list of any medications that you are currently taking, including any over the counter medications or supplements.

Patient "No-Show" Policy

Please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 “no-show” service charge to your account. This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company. You will be billed directly for it. After three consecutive no-shows to your appointment, our practice may decide to terminate its relationship with you.
  • What if I don’t have insurance?

    We offer a discounted price to those you would like to self-pay.  We also take care credit for charges over $300.  The please contact part is fine. 

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30 pm.

  • What is your policy regarding prescription refills?

    We request that you give us 48 hours notice for prescription refills. When you call our office, be prepared to give us the name of the prescription which you need refilled along with the name of your pharmacy and a phone number. We do not call in prescriptions after hours or on the weekends on a routine basis.

  • What if I cannot make it to my appointment?

    Our appointment policy requires patients to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance, or a $50 “no-show” service charge will be applied to your account.
